人促黄体激素释放激素乙酸盐(LHRH)是MMP-2和MMP-9的选择性激活剂[1,2]。
促黄体激素释放激素(LHRH)也被称为促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH),是一种由GnRH神经元分泌的营养肽激素,在垂体前叶卵泡刺激素(FSH)和促黄体生成素(LH )的释放中发挥重要作用[3]。
MMP-2(基质金属蛋白酶2)和MMP-9(基质金属蛋白酶9)属于MMP家族,在正常生理过程中细胞外基质(ECM)的分解中发挥重要作用,如胚胎发育、繁殖和组织重构,同时参与疾病过程,如关节炎和肿瘤转移[2]。
在Ishikawa和ECC-1细胞系中,LHRH导致MMP-9表达增加,诱导细胞侵袭,在子宫内膜癌细胞中,GPR101介导LHRH活性,共同作用增加肿瘤细胞转移的能力[1]。在人蜕膜子宫内膜间质细胞中,LHRH与其受体诱导MMP-2和MMP-9的激活[2]。
