在DMSO中的溶解度大于10 mM。若配制更高浓度的溶液,一般步骤如下:请将试管置于37 °C加热10分钟和/或将其置于超声波浴中震荡一段时间。原液于-20 °C可放置数月。 |

实验结果 |
在M-1细胞中,1 μM Medroxyprogesterone Acetate上调α-上皮细胞Na离子通道 (α-ENaC) 以及血清和糖皮质激素调节激酶1 (sgk1) 的表达。Medroxyprogesterone Acetate呈剂量依赖性地促进α-ENaC表达,在剂量低至10 nM时也能起效。在经过Medroxyprogesterone Acetate处理的M-1细胞中,Org31710不能抑制α-ENaC介导的荧光素酶活性。上述结果表明,Medroxyprogesterone Acetate通过孕激素受体 (PR) 非依赖性的方式来调节α-ENaC。 |
