Saccharin 1-methylimidazole(SMI)是DNA和RNA合成的激活剂。
Saccharin 1-methylimidazole(SMI)是1-甲基咪唑的糖精盐。经鉴定,1-甲基咪唑或N-甲基咪唑是具有分子式CH3C3H3N2的芳族杂环有机试剂。1-甲基咪唑是一种无色液体,用作碱基、特殊溶剂以及作为一些离子液体的前体。1-甲基咪唑是基本的氮杂环,1-甲基咪唑模拟多种核苷碱基以及组氨酸和组胺。
体外:研究发现,saccharin 1-methylimidazole能够非常好地进行DNA和RNA合成。另外,通过使用3分钟、6分钟和12分钟偶联时间,使用TBDMS亚磷酰胺评价saccharin 1-methylimidazole在RNA合成中的作用,结果发现6分钟偶联时间的saccharin 1-methylimidazole在6分钟偶联时间显示出ETT。此外,研究发现saccharin 1-methylimidazole更长的偶联时间可以进一步提高RNA偶联效率[1]。
体内:迄今为止,尚无saccharin 1-methylimidazole动物体内数据报告。
临床试验:到目前为止,saccharin 1-methylimidazole尚未用于临床。
