Atosibana作为一种多肽,是催产素受体(OTR)和加压素受体(V1aR\V1bR\V2R)的双重拮抗剂.作为OTR拮抗剂时,Atosibana对人OTR和大鼠OTR的pKi值分别为7.9和7.2.Atosibana处理能显著抑制稳定转染人OTR的MDCK和HEK293细胞生长,IC50值分别为15.4 nM和20.8 nM.作为加压素受体拮抗剂时,Atosibana对V1aR\V1bR\V2R的pKi值分别为9.8\7.4和6.5.Atosibana能够有效抑制子宫收缩,推迟早产.但是,由于Atosibana不能口服,不能用于长期维持治疗[1].
