应用 |
在PC12细胞中,Acetylcysteine (NAC)引起DOPAL水平的浓度依赖性降低。NAC(1-10μM)与selegiline(1μM)的共孵育减弱或阻止Cys-DA对selegiline的应答,而不干扰selegiline诱导的DOPAL产生减少或抑制酪氨酸羟化作用。 |

在亨廷顿氏病(HD)R6/1转基因小鼠模型中,Acetylcysteine(NAC)-HD小鼠显示出强迫游泳试验(FST)的不动时间介于盐水-HD和盐水-WT小鼠之间。NAC表现出抗抑郁样作用。CPG(GLT-1的抑制剂)和NAC共同施用的HD小鼠显示比NAC-HD小鼠更高的不动时间,这表明NAC的抗抑郁样效应依赖于谷氨酸转运。 |
