线粒体酸5 (MA-5)与线粒体结合并改善肾小管和心肌细胞损伤。MA-5可以调节线粒体ATP合成[1]。MA-5通过 MAPK-ERK-Yap信号通路通过Bnip3调节线粒体自噬。抑制该信号通路或敲低Bnip3的表达可防止MA-5 对线粒体稳态和增加小胶质细胞凋亡产生有益影响[2]。MA-5在缺血再灌注损伤模型和顺铂诱导肾病模型中可改善肾功能。Mitochonic acid 5的口服给药在1小时的峰值时间以剂量反应方式增加血浆浓度[1]。
