Wnt信号通路是一条重要的信号传导通路,通过调控参与细胞粘附、增值和分化的基因,从而参与多个生理和病理过程[1]。
Wnt agonist 1是一种细胞通透性的Wnt信号通路激动剂。Wnt agonist 1以剂量依赖的方式诱导β-连环蛋白和TCF依赖的转录活性,EC50值为0.7 μM。在非洲爪蟾胚胎中,Wnt agonist 1(10 μM)从发育阶段10.5到40给药可导致大量的头部缺陷,如缩小的头和完全消失的眼睛,眼睛和头部缩小。该表型与早期胚胎发育过程中Wnt在头部的过表达结果相似[1]。
