Morin hydrate

莫林水合物（Morin hydrate）是从黄色巴西木材中提取的具有抗氧化性能的植物类黄酮。研究表明，Morin hydrate有可能保护细胞免受氧自由基的破坏。

体外实验：75-100 μM 的morin hydrate可以阻止自由基诱导的低密度脂蛋白（LDL）的氧化[1]。100 μM浓度的morin hydraet会有效抑制Cu2+诱导的人LDL的氧化[2]。在受氧自由基攻击的大鼠肾小球系膜细胞中，morin hydrate使该细胞的存活时间加倍[3]。0.25-2.0 mM的morin可抑制黄嘌呤氧化酶次黄嘌呤诱导的自由基损伤，延长大鼠肝细胞的存活率[4]。Morin hydrate可以抑制胰岛淀粉样多肽和淀粉样纤维的分解引起的淀粉样蛋白形成[5]。

在体实验：在80分钟局部缺血大鼠模型中，2.5、5.0和10 μmol/kg的morin分别降低了51.48 ± 9.94％、66.55 ± 2.18％和79.37 ± 11.03％的肝坏死 [3]。
