CB-103 是一种口服活性的 Notch 转录激活复合物的抑制剂。CB-103可在果蝇和小鼠中产生Notch功能丧失的表型,并抑制人类乳腺癌和白血病异种移植瘤的生长[1]。CB-103在人急性T淋巴细胞白血病癌细胞系中显示出阻断NOTCH信号的能力,并在GSI抗性T-ALL细胞系中表现出抗肿瘤的功效[2]。CB-103抑制GSI/Mab抗性三阴性乳腺癌的生长,并在人类T-ALL和小鼠乳腺肿瘤的异种移植模型中表现出抗肿瘤活性[3]。
