Rilmenidine phosphate是Rilmenidine的水溶形式.该物质是以咪唑啉受体为靶点的抗高血压药.[1]
咪唑啉受体是一类可乐定\咪唑克生和其他咪唑啉药物的非肾上腺素能的高亲和性结合位点.[2]咪唑啉受体有三类.I-1介导对低血压的交感抑制作用;I-2是单胺氧化酶的别构结合位点;I-3可控制胰腺细胞的胰岛素分泌.[3]
在以0.5 mM十八烯酸处理6小时并用1 μM的Rilmenidine处理30分钟的Hep G2细胞中,十八烯酸诱导的脂质积累减少.[4]Rilmenidine对咪唑啉I-1受体的刺激可活化P38,诱导FXR表达.[4]
饲喂HFD(高脂饮食)的小鼠在使用Rilmenidien后,通过激活咪唑啉I-1受体改善了脂肪肝.[4]咪唑啉受体参与血压的延髓调控,并可影响外周积累.[1]在高血压病人中,Rilmenidine可以剂量依赖的方式降低血压.与安慰剂相比,Rilmenidine可显著降低血压.此外,Rilmenidine与其他抗高血压药物相比,发生不利效应的可能性显著降低.[1]
