神经肽FF(NPFF)与软体动物心脏兴奋肽FMRF-NH2的C末端序列相似,与软体动物心脏兴奋肽FMRF-NH2的抗体发生交叉反应,最初从牛脑中分离。最近研究表明,NPFF属于包括2种G蛋白偶联受体(NPFF1和NPFF2)以及2种前体(pro-NPFFA和pro-NPFFB)的神经肽家族。体内外研究表明,NPFF参与一系列生物学功能。
体外:RF9是一种有效的NPFF受体选择性拮抗剂。RF9能选择性地结合CHO或COS-1细胞的重组NPFF1或NPFF2受体。在功能研究中,RF9体外拮抗NPFF和NPVF诱导的激动作用[1]。
体内:小鼠体内研究表明,注射RF9(30 nmol)未能引起显著作用,但颅内注射RF9可以完全拮抗NPFF引起的低温症。此外,同时在第三脑室注射RF9(30 nmol)能减少吗啡或痛敏肽/孤啡肽引起的体温过低[2]。
