体外实验:ELR510444具有有效的微管破坏活性,引起细胞内微管的损失和有丝分裂纺锤体的异常形成,最终导致有丝分裂停止和肿瘤细胞的凋亡.ELR510444抑制细胞增殖,有效地抑制纯化微管蛋白组装的速率和程度,从微管蛋白中替换秋水仙碱,表明该药物与微管蛋白的秋水仙素结合位点直接相互作用[1].
在体实验:在MDA-MB-231异种移植模型中,ELR510444具有有效的抗肿瘤活性,具有至少2倍的治疗窗[1].
临床试验:到目前为止,ELR510444还处于临床前开发阶段.
