产品描述

MHY1485是mTOR的强效激活剂,抑制自噬,并抑制自噬体与溶酶体之间的融合[1].

mTOR(雷帕霉素机械靶点)是一种丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶,参与调节细胞代谢\生长和存活.它介导细胞对压力\生长因子和激素等的应答,mTOR的抑制强烈诱导自噬反应.mTOR信号在促进卵泡发育中也具有重要作用.

在Ac2F大鼠肝细胞中,MHY1485治疗抑制基础自噬通量,对细胞饥饿诱导的自噬也具有抑制效果.MHY1485以剂量和时间依赖性的方式引起LC3II的积累和自噬体的扩大[1].

使用MHY1485培养幼年小鼠卵巢4天,增加卵巢外植体的重量和卵泡发育.MHY1485预孵育这些卵巢2天,随后将基因移植到切除卵巢的成年肾内5天,移植物重量明显增加,并促进卵泡发育[2].
