产品描述
Iodoacetyl-LC-Biotin全名为N-iodoacetyl-N-biotinylhexylenediamine，是一种不溶于水的巯基反应性生物素化试剂，需要合适的溶剂，包括二甲基亚砜（DMSO）和二甲基甲酰胺（DMF），在加入到含水反应之前需要先将其溶解。Iodoacetyl-LC-Biotin含有一个生物素双环结构，一个1,6-二氨基己烷间隔臂，连接到生物素的戊酸侧链，臂末端的碘乙酰基提供巯基反应，Iodoacetyl-LC-Biotin末端的碘乙酰基能够与蛋白质和其他分子上的巯基反应形成不可逆键。Iodoacetyl-LC-Biotin的长间隔臂能够使修饰的分子更好地结合至亲和素或链霉亲和素探针。
