| 体外研究-反应条件 | 1. CD20-induced apoptosis of tumor cells: 2 μg/mL for 0, 1, and 2,days; 2. Phagocytosis: 2 μg/mL, 30 minutes at 4°C; 3. ADCC: Cr-labeled tumor cells were mixed with the effector cells (NK cells, monocytes, and neutrophils) at different effector-target (E/T) ratios (25:1-0.01). After a 4-hour incubation at 37°C in 5% CO2 in air, the radioactivity in the supernatants was counted; 4. Complement-mediated lysis: Rituximab (2 μg/mL) was added to tumor cells (1×106/mL) for 2 hours at 37°C, tested by flow cytometry.[1] |
