740 Y-P是一种细胞通透性的PI3K激活剂[1]。
PI3K(磷酸肌醇3-激酶,PI3Ks)是一种酶,在基础细胞代谢过程,如囊泡运输、细胞脱粒、细胞迁移和葡萄糖转运中起重要作用。据报道,PI3K的过表达与多种癌症相关[2]。
740 Y-P是一种有效的PI3K激活剂,在PI3K/AKT信号转导途径中起重要作用。在人黑色素瘤MNT-1细胞中,用20 μM 的740 Y-P处理24小时后激活PI3K,显著减少了蔗糖诱导的M6PR阳性空泡的数量[1]。在不含血清培养的小脑颗粒细胞中,740 Y-P通过与PI3K的调节亚基p85结合减少细胞死亡率,这与PI3K依赖性的Akt的磷酸化过程相关[3]。
