Vanilloid TRPV1受体,也被称为VR1受体,属于“瞬时受体电位”(TRP)的大家族。TRPV1整合各种伤害性刺激,包括热、质子和植物毒素,并且大量存在于C和Ad类外周感觉神经纤维。6-Iodonordihydrocapsaicin是一种有效的TRPV1拮抗剂。
体外:在人重组TRPV1中,6-Iodonordihydrocapsaicin(IC50:10 nM对100 nM的Capsaicin)比典型TRPV1拮抗剂Capsazepine高约4倍的效果[1]。
体内:在培养的大鼠背根神经节神经元、豚鼠膀胱以及豚鼠支气管中,6-Iodonordihydrocapsaicin与Capsaicin竞争天然的TRPV1。除了在豚鼠支气管中,6-Iodonordihydrocapsaicin的拮抗作用显著强于Capsazepine[1]。
临床试验:到目前为止,6-Iodonordihydrocapsaicin仍处于临床前开发阶段。
