ATP发光法细胞活力检测试剂盒II(Luminescent ATP Cell Viability Assay Kit II)是一种利用萤火虫荧光素酶检测细胞活力的试剂盒。本试剂盒提供高纯度的底物和含有热稳定的萤火虫荧光素酶的缓冲液。在细胞中加入本试剂使得细胞裂解,释放出ATP,然后ATP和底物可在荧光素酶催化下产生稳定的发光信号。其发光信号强度与活细胞数量成正比。
本试剂盒为ATP发光法细胞活力检测试剂盒I的冻干粉包装版本,两者的检测效果基本一致。ATP发光法细胞活力检测试剂盒I提供即用型溶液,使用更方便,但是-20°C不能长期保存。本试剂盒为冻干粉形式,使用前需要将底物溶于提供的缓冲液中,但是本试剂可在-20°C稳定保存。相比于其他检测细胞活力的试剂(如MTT、CCK-8、Alamar Blue和Calcein-AM),本试剂盒灵敏度更高,同时检测时间更短,仅需10 min即可完成检测。此外,本试剂在10-30000个细胞内具有良好的线性。经测试,本试剂盒与常见的CellTiter-Glo® Luminescent Cell Viability Assay(CTG)效果相当或更优异。
