产品描述

Calcein AM/PI活死细胞双染试剂盒是一种可以区分含有酯酶活性的哺乳动物的活细胞和死细胞的试剂盒。本试剂盒中含有两种探针,钙黄绿素AM(Calcein AM)和碘化丙啶(PI)。其中Calcein AM是一种可以对活细胞进行染色的探针,其在钙黄绿素的基础上增加了AM基团,疏水性更强,更容易进入细胞。Calcein AM本身没有荧光,进入活细胞后被酯酶水解成Calcein,Calcein能发出强绿色荧光。而PI是一种死细胞探针,其只可以进入细胞膜受损的细胞,并将细胞染成红色。通过这两种探针的荧光强度可以反映细胞活性和毒性。

本试剂盒使用方便,一般仅需30 min即可完成染色,之后可以通过荧光显微镜、荧光酶标仪或流式细胞仪等仪器进行检测。由于Calcein AM不能穿透细菌或真菌的细胞壁,所以本试剂盒不适用于细菌或真菌。
