产品描述

Trichostatin A (TSA)是一种有效的组蛋白去乙酰化酶（HDAC）抑制剂，也是一种抗真菌类抗生素，具有抑制细胞生长和诱导细胞分化的特性。在培养的哺乳动物细胞以及分离的细胞核提取物中，TSA在低浓度时可以非竞争性并可逆地抑制HDAC。TSA能够使细胞停滞在G1和G2期，诱导细胞分化，恢复培养细胞的转化形态。据报道，在人乳腺癌细胞系中，TSA抑制乳腺癌细胞的增值（IC50值为 124.4 ± 120.4 nM)，并导致组蛋白H4的超乙酰化。
