小鼠CCL7，又称MARC，属于CC趋化因子家族。该基因由CCL7基因编码，由IgE+抗原激活Fc epsilon RI后从小鼠肥大细胞系中分离得到。序列比较表明，MARC可能是人类MCP-3基因的小鼠同源物。与人类系统相似，MARC/FIC被认为是小鼠的MCP-3。MCP-3蛋白家族通过CCR2传递信号，期待MCP-1，并具有跨物种的交叉反应。CCL7/MCP3对单核细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞有趋化作用，但对中性粒细胞无趋化作用。
