产品描述
白细胞介素-21(IL-21)已被证明是由自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞产生的[1],IL-21已被证明可以调节几种CD4 T细胞亚群的分化和功能,包括Th1细胞[2]、Th2细胞[3]、Th17细胞[4]、调节性T细胞[5]、1型调节性T细胞[6]和Tfh细胞[7]。此外,IL-21还参与Th9细胞和卵泡调节性T细胞的分化[8],以及CD4 T细胞产生IL-22[9]。IL-21在调节CD8 T细胞反应中的功能意义因其在慢性LCMV感染期间维持抗病毒CD8 T细胞的重要作用而得到强调[10]。此外,IL-21与IL-10协同作用,通过转录因子STAT3[11]促进记忆性CD8 T细胞的成熟。
