    白介素-10（IL-10）细胞因子家族是功能广泛的强免疫介质。该家族包含9个成员：IL-10；IL-20亚家族成员IL-19，IL-20，IL-22，IL-24和IL-26；以及远亲细胞因子IL-28A，IL-28B和IL-29，这些远亲 细胞因子更常被归类为III型干扰素（IFNs）并且被命名为IFN-λ2，IFN-λ3和IFN-λ1^[1-3]。

    IL-10是细胞因子家族的核心成员，最初被描述为一种从活化的CD4+ T辅助[（Th）2]细胞中纯化出来的活性成分，称为细胞因子合成抑制因子（CSIF）^[4]。随着IL-10被克隆出来，逐渐发现它还具有刺激肥大细胞、胸腺细胞和B细胞的功能，另外B细胞对骨髓细胞有主要的免疫抑制作用^[1,5-7]。IL-10主要通过抑制促炎细胞因子和抗原呈递细胞（APCs）等功能对骨髓细胞产生抑制作用^[8,9]。IL-10对记忆性Th17和Th2细胞也有直接抑制作用，同时促进Foxp3+调节性T细胞（Tregs）的存活和活性^[10-13]。与IL-10相关的信号通路同通常与炎症性疾病有关，比如炎症性肠病（IBD）^[14]，并且在感染过程中常伴有免疫病理特征。
