产品描述
NHS-SS-biotin [Succinimidyl-2-(biotinamido)-ethyl-1,3-dithiopropionate]是一个长链裂解的胺反应性生物素化试剂，由于结构中横桥的存在，它具有24.3 A长度的间隔臂。长间隔臂增加了共价修饰分子与双环生物素环之间的长度，从而增强分子与亲和素或链亲和素探针的结合能力。NHS-SS-biotin的NHS酯基与蛋白和其它分子的胺基反应形成酰胺键，并释放sulfo-NHS。NHS-SS-Biotin是水不溶性的分子，在加入反应性水溶液之前需要先溶于有机溶剂中。
