产品描述
NHS-LC-biotin(succinimidyl-6-(biotinamindo)hexanoate),也被称为NHS-X-biotin,是D-生物素的衍生物,一种胺反应性的生物素化试剂,由D-生物素的戊酸侧链通过间隔臂与NHS酯基团连接而形成。NHS-LC-biotin末端的NHS酯基与蛋白或其它分子上的胺基共价结合形成稳定的酰胺键,并释放NHS基团。NHS-LC-biotin的6-氨基己酸间隔臂极大地增加了共价修饰分子与双环生物素环之间的长度,导致对亲和素或链霉素探针更好的结合潜力。NHS-LC-biotin在水溶液中是不溶的,在加入缓冲反应之前需先溶解于有机溶剂中。
