DNase I (RNase-free) 是一种可水解单链或双链DNA的脱氧核糖核酸内切酶,可产生具有 3´羟基和5´磷酸基团末端的二核苷酸、三核苷酸和寡核苷酸产物。DNase I (RNase-free) 的活性依赖于Ca2+,并可被Mg2+或Mn2+激活。Mg2+存在条件下DNase I (RNase-free)可随机剪切双链DNA的任意位点;Mn2+存在条件下DNase I (RNase-free) 可同时识别DNA的两条链并在几乎相同的位点进行切割。DNase I (RNase-free) 可以作用于单链 DNA、双链 DNA、染色质和 RNA:DNA 杂交链。分子生物学实验中,DNase I (RNase-free) 适用于RNA提取、体外转录、RT-PCR实验中DNA的去除。
