Capadenoson是一种选择性的腺苷A1受体激动剂[1]。
腺苷A1受体是G-蛋白偶联受体1家族的成员之一,并在受精过程、肾功能和乙醇中毒中起重要作用。许多研究表明,腺苷A1受体与多种疾病,如心绞痛、心脏衰竭相关联,其激动剂正成为临床中有希望的靶点[1]。
Capadenoson是一种强效的腺苷A1受体激动剂,属于非核苷腺苷受体家族。用分离自Wista和SHR分离株的灌注大鼠心脏测试时,capadenoson与CCPA联合用药治疗剂量依赖性地显著减少NE的释放[1]。
在微栓塞引起的心脏衰竭犬模型中,持续12周capadenoson口服给药改善左心室功能,并阻止进取重塑 [2]。用capadenoson(0.15 mg/kg)对Wistar大鼠持续5天预处理,物理约束2小时,可增加心率[1]。
用具有稳定性心绞痛的女性患者测试,capadenoson口服给药最大负荷地降低运动心脏衰竭[3].
