体外实验:在人洗涤血小板悬浮液中,1-100 nM 的AR-C 66096以浓度依赖性方式引起 ADP诱导血小板凝集的浓度效应曲线(E/[A])右移.孵育时间从2分钟增加到15分钟以及浓度为300 μM的P1-嘌呤受体拮抗剂8磺基茶碱的阻断不影响AR-C 66096的抗聚集效力[1].
在体实验:在制备的离体兔耳动脉中,AR-C 66096可以作为弱的完全P2X嘌呤受体激动剂,pA50为3.68.在离体豚鼠主动脉中,可以作为P2Y嘌呤受体的弱的竞争性拮抗剂,pKB为4.71,表明其对Pzr亚型的选择性至少为9000倍.在后者的制备物中,大于10 μM浓度的 AR-C 66096引起非特异性松弛[1].
临床试验:截至目前,AR-C 66096尚处于临床前开发阶段.
