卵白蛋白OVA是鸡蛋清中的主要蛋白成分,是一种分子量约45000道尔顿的糖蛋白,能够引起机体适度的免疫性,常被用作免疫原进行免疫实验,如高原反应性、哮喘等动物模型建立。
该mRNA使用共转录方式加帽,具有Cap 1结构,相比于Cap 0结构(ARCA和mCap加帽),带有Cap 1结构的mRNA对于哺乳动物系统更适合,并且具有更高的转录效率,同时OVA mRNA被聚腺苷酸化,可以减少宿主细胞的免疫反应,提高mRNA的稳定性和翻译效率。
