EZ Cap™ 萤火虫荧光素酶mRNA(5-moUTP)以1mg / ml的浓度提供。它使用EZ Cap™ Reagent AG(货号:B8176)以共转录的方式加帽,以较高效率获得具有Cap 1结构的mRNA。相比于Cap 0结构(ARCA和mCap加帽),带有Cap 1结构的mRNA对于哺乳动物系统更适合,并且具有更高的转录效率。添加5-moUTP和poly(A)尾可抑制RNA介导的先天免疫激活,并在体外和体内增强mRNA的稳定性和寿命。 Poly(A)尾在提高翻译起始效率方面也起着重要作用。
