溴酚蓝(3',3",5',5"-四溴酚磺酞)广泛地被用于凝胶上样缓冲液。在实验中,溴酚蓝可作为颜色标记物、pH指示剂以及染料。向含冰醋酸的酚磺酞热溶液中缓慢加入过量的溴,即可制备溴酚蓝。
体外:以往结果表明,α-甲壳素纳米颗粒(CNP)浓度增加、接触时间延长以及温度升高能促进溴酚蓝的吸附过程,但染料初始浓度增加以及酸性增强抑制其吸附过程。傅立叶变换红外光谱结果表明,溴酚蓝与CNP之间的相互作用涉及物理吸附。其吸附过程遵循Langmuir吸附等温式以及准二级动力学方程。其等温与动力学模型表明,CNP可作为一种吸附材料,用于去除染料,如外溢的溴酚蓝[1]。
