HMG-CoA Reductase - Hypercholesterolemia

HMG-CoA Reductase (HMGR) catalyzes the rate-limiting step of the sterol and isoprenoid biosynthesis. It is required for normal cellular functions and a target for hypocholesterolemic drug.
