C14ɑ demethylase - Cytochrome P450 (CYP450)

C14ɑ demethylase is the cytochrome p540 that catalyzes the transformation of lanosterol to 4,4'-dimethyl cholesta-8,14,24-triene-3-β-ol. It is responsible for the cholesterol/ergosterol biosynthesis.
