ATM/ATR - Lung Cancer

ATM (ataxia telangiectasia mutated) and ATR (ATM- and Rad3-related) are two PIKKs (phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase-like kinases) that regulate the DNA damage response (DDR) pathways.
