EZ Cap Reagent AG是一种共转录加帽试剂,用于5'加帽mRNA的体外转录,产生Cap 1结构。Cap AG在文献中已经显示提供高达98%的加帽效率。
EZ Cap AG需要一个AG起始序列。EZ Cap AG通常提供> 90%的具有天然存在的Cap 1结构的加帽产物。
EZ Cap与野生型T7聚合酶兼容。建议使用5 mM EZ Cap和rNTPs。
模板设计是任何转录的重要组成部分。EZ Cap AG应与特定的起始序列5'AG 3'一起使用。
最后的cap效率取决于EZ Cap Reagent、DNA模板和最终的mRNA序列。由于RNA长度和碱基组成而形成的二级结构可能影响最终的加帽效率。
