C-Raf是丝氨酸/苏氨酸特异性蛋白激酶Raf激酶家族的成员,在ERK1/2信号通路中起重要作用。已报道C-Raf的异常表达与人类疾病相关,并且也参与一系列癌症。
ZM336372是高效的C-Raf抑制剂,与已报道的C-Raf抑制剂PD98059相比具有不同的选择性。在原代神经元中,ZM336372通过抑制C-Raf活化,从而降低低钾诱导的凋亡百分比[2]。H2O2和ZM336372预处理肿瘤球体24小时,通过介导ERK1/2信号通路,能完全消除ROS诱导的eNOS上调[3]。
