Triacetyl Resveratrol是一种潜在的细胞渗透性白藜芦醇前药.在32D-CL3细胞中,Triacetyl Resveratrol(3',5',4'-三-O-乙酰白藜芦醇)保护细胞免受辐射并增加抗辐射性,比白藜芦醇效力略强[1].在HEK293-TYR细胞的裂解液中,Triacetyl Resveratrol抑制人TYR活性,IC50值为20 μM.在HEMs中,Triacetyl Resveratrol比白藜芦醇的细胞毒性更小.在小鼠黑色素瘤B16/F10细胞和HEMs中,Triacetyl Resveratrol有效抑制分别由α-MSH和L-酪氨酸增加的细胞内黑色素含量.Triacetyl Resveratrol很容易被酯酶消化为白藜芦醇[2].在LNCaP细胞中,Triacetyl Resveratrol激活p53\增加p21和p53R2并降低PSA的表达.在CWR22Rv1细胞(突变的p53)中,Triacetyl Resveratrol诱导G1/S期阻滞[3].在MCF-7和MDA-MB-231乳腺癌细胞中,通过与RGD多肽靶向的位点结合,Triacetyl Resveratrol特异性地与整合素αvβ3相互作用.Triacetyl Resveratrol诱导ERK和p38磷酸化[4].
接受γ-照射的小鼠中,γ射线之前用3,5,4'-三-O-乙酰白藜芦醇(10 mg/kg)治疗表现出显著的保护活动,存活率为80%.而且,3',5',4'-三-O-乙酰白藜芦醇具有更长的半衰期,可有助于更迅速地分布到组织中[1].
