Dihydrocurcumin(二氢姜黄素)一般溶于氯仿、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、DMSO以及丙酮等。请在同一天制备并使用溶液。如果您需要提前制备储备溶液,我们建议您在-20℃下将溶液等分储存在密封的小瓶中。
姜黄素全称为[1,7-双(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-1,6-庚二烯-3,5-二酮],也称为二叶罗基甲烷,是在姜黄根茎以及其他姜黄属中发现的主要天然多酚,姜黄素通过还原酶转化为二氢姜黄素和四氢姜黄素,然后通过β-葡糖醛酸糖苷酶将它们转化为单葡萄糖醛酸缀合物,如二氢姜黄素-葡糖苷酸和四氢姜黄素-葡糖苷酸[1]。姜黄素具有高的抵抗相关病理的能力,如心血管疾病、癌症或神经退行性疾病 [1]。
