Schaftoside是从水稻韧皮部提取的,可作为褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens)的进食抑制剂和抗性因子[1]。对几种中草药的杀线虫性质的筛选表明,芦苇(Walla)Schott块茎对根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)具有显著的杀线虫活性。通过生物测定引导分馏从乙醇提取物中分离两种杀线虫黄酮-C-糖苷。基于它们的植物化学和光谱数据,化合物被鉴定为schaftoside和isoschaftoside。Schaftoside和isoschaftoside对于M. incognita具有强烈的杀线虫活性,LC50值为114.66 μg/mL和323.09 μg/mL,相应地,A. erubescens的粗提取物表现出对根结线虫的杀线虫活性,LC50值为258.11 μg/mL [2]。
