Retapamulin是一种截短侧耳素抗生素[1].
Retapamulin被开发用于主要由革兰氏阳性菌\β溶血性链球菌和凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌引起的皮肤感染的局部治疗.Retapamulin尤其用于耐药菌株.在体外研究中,retapamulin具有有效的广谱活性.该物质对金黄色葡萄球菌\表皮葡萄球菌\腐生葡萄球菌\化脓性链球菌和无乳链球菌以及草绿色链球菌具有良好的抗菌活性,MIC50值分别为0.06 μg/ml\0.06 μg/ml\0.12 μg/ml\0.008 μg/ml\0.016 μg/ml和0.03 μg/ml.Retapamulin通过结合细菌核糖体的特定位点表现出抗菌作用[1,2].

Retapamulin (<2 mg/l)抑制37/52 (71%) 脆弱类杆菌菌株和85/87 (98%)其它革兰氏阴杆菌。Retapamulin对痤疮丙酸杆菌和厌氧革兰氏阳性球菌的作用比克林霉素,甲硝唑和头孢曲松更有效。 |
