IC 50:15.8 nM(DPP-IV)
DPP-IV是由DPP4基因编码的蛋白质,是大多数细胞类型的细胞膜上表达的抗原性酶,参与免疫调节、信号转导和细胞凋亡。二肽基肽4又称为DPP-4或gliptins,其抑制剂是一类阻断DPP-4的口服降糖药,可用于治疗2型糖尿病。PK 44 phosphate是二肽基肽酶IV(DPP-IV)的有效抑制剂。
体外实验:作为DPP-IV的强效抑制剂,与DPP-8和DPP-9相比,PK44 phosphate对DPP-IV具有超过1000倍的选择性[1]。
在体实验:在小鼠口服葡萄糖耐受性测定实验中,PK 44 phosphate能够提高葡萄糖耐受性[1]。
临床试验:PK 44 phosphate目前处于临床前开发阶段,没有正在进行的临床试验。
