Moxifloxacin是口服有效的广谱氟喹诺酮类抗生素,抑制细菌DNA旋转酶[1].
据报道,50 μg/mL Moxifloxacin显著减少活细胞.50-1500μg/mL 浓度范围的Moxifloxacin具有显著的抗增殖活性.此外,Moxifloxacin可以剂量依赖性地引起细胞损伤,使其出现双核之类的特征.
在大鼠中,静脉注射Moxifloxacin(100 mg/kg)增加血糖和血清肾上腺素浓度,同时促进组胺释放.然而,75 mg/kg Moxifloxacin对血清肾上腺素\葡萄糖或组胺浓度的增加无任何影响[3].
