在DMSO中的溶解度 ≥6.2mg/mL。为了获得更高的浓度,可以将离心管在37℃加热10分钟和/或在超声波浴中震荡一段时间。原液可以在-20℃以下储存几个月。 |

应用 |
在26℃时,marbofloxacin抑制婴儿利什曼原虫的效果比meglumine antimoniate和sodium stibogluconate效果好;与MGA和Sbb相比,观察到降低2log和3log。在终浓度为100mg/ml时,marbofloxacin在孵育48小时后会戏剧性地改变寄生虫的结构,使其变成圆形并抑制寄生虫的增殖。这种影响是不可逆的。处理过的寄生虫即使在洗涤处理后和在不含marbofloxacin的新鲜培养基中再孵育72小时后,也无法恢复活动性并不再进一步增殖。 |
