免疫球蛋白轻链可变区片段序列为Phe-Thr-Leu-Lys-Ile-Ser-Arg,是人免疫球蛋白轻链的可变区的片段。
免疫球蛋白(Ig)是B细胞的抗原识别分子。Ig分子是由2条相同的重链和2条相同的轻链通过二硫键连接,每条重链与对应轻链连接,2条重链连接在一起。每个轻链均有一个可变区和恒定区。可变区的作用是结合抗原。
一条重链的和一条轻链的可变区组成抗体的抗原结合位点。典型的轻链可变区包括105到110个氨基酸,某些位点表现出较多的序列可变性。可变片段是对IgG和IgM类抗体进行酶裂解所得到的最小片段。
