Epothilone A(Epo A)是一种最初从黏菌Sorangium cellulosum中分离的可稳定微管的天然大环内酯化合物。在HCT-116细胞系中Epothilone A的IC50值为4.4 nM[1]。
SKOV-3人卵巢癌细胞对Epothilone A敏感,IC50值为20.4 ± 1.4 nM[2]。Epothilone A在SKOV-3细胞系中的抗恶性细胞增殖能力(以72 h连续施用后的IC50值计)比PTX高六倍。此外,Epothilone A可诱发时间进程依赖的细胞凋亡和坏死[2]。
