应用 |
42天后，有13只狗的结节消退。治疗另外42天后，其余7只狗中的5只消除了结节。在剩下的两只狗中，治疗又继续进行了42天（总共126天），从而完全解决了问题。没有观察到与治疗相关的不良事件。这项研究得出的结论是，每天一次0.5 mg/kg的doramectin可有效消除狗中的血色蟠尾线虫结节。 |
