Digoxigenin -11-UTP已被用于标记RNA探针,可以用于原位杂交及其他目的。 DIG-11-UTP是T7,SP6和T3 RNA聚合酶的底物,可以在体外转录中替代UTP,以35:65的比率进行RNA的地高辛标记。
