PI3Kγ是四种I类PI3Ks的一种,PI3Ks是脂质和蛋白激酶家族,参与调节许多生物学过程,如细胞生长、分化、存活、增殖和迁移。优化高通量化学蛋白质组学方法(chemoproteomics)以实现多重筛选,进而导致CZC24832的发现。
体外:大量基于靶点和基于细胞的CZC24832研究揭示了PI3K-γ调节产生白细胞介素-17的T辅助细胞(T H 17)的分化,因此对PI3K-γ选择性的抑制可用于炎性和自身免疫性疾病的潜在治疗[1] 。
体内:CZC24832,第一种选择性的磷酸肌醇3-激酶γ(PI3K-γ)抑制剂,在炎症的体内模型中有效[1]。
临床试验:现在没有临床数据可用。
