细胞色素P450 CYP1B1是二恶英诱导的细胞色素P450家族的外源性代谢酶1。
在HLA-A2Kb转基因小鼠中，使用ZYC300进行免疫，诱导了HLA-A2限制的，CYP1B1190-198（CYP190）多肽特异性的T细胞应答，ZYC300是一种PLG微粒制剂，包含可以编码肿瘤相关抗原CYP1B1的质粒2, 3。
在最后一次免疫完成两周后可以观察到，EPT和ZYC300连续共给引起T细胞应答的逐步上升，EPT与30 µg无效剂量的ZYC300单次给药也能诱导可检测的CD8 + CYP190特异性的T细胞应答。
