L 012 sodium salt是一种化学发光探针[1]。
L 012 sodium salt是一种新型化学发光探针。在产生活性氧(ROS)的活化EoL-1细胞中,L-012产生显著的化学发光。然而,超氧化物歧化酶(100-300 U/ml)废除了该化学发光,表明检测到的主要ROS是O2-[1]。在培养的内皮细胞中,佛波醇12-肉豆蔻酸酯13-乙酸酯(PMA,1 μM)引起L-012化学发光2.8倍的增加。而vanadate(100 μM)将化学发光增加到17倍。这些结果表明由NAD(P)H氧化酶产生的超氧化物的增加[2]。
在人的口腔和血液,以及大鼠腹腔中,L-012与由激活的中性粒细胞产生的ROS反应产生强烈的化学发光,其比MCLA产生的更高[3]。在非肥胖糖尿病小鼠和K8敲除(K8(-/-))小鼠中,葡聚糖硫酸钠增加L-012的化学发光,用于检测活性氧和氮自由基(ROS和RNS)[4]。
